We are Olga & Jovan, the faces and driving force behind Per Tutti Restaurant, with 7 years of successful trading & multiple awards under our belt.
We are a husband and wife who are so proud of what we have been able to achieve with our team, our Per Tutti family, who work with us, and grateful for the friends we have met along the way.
After a year of paperwork and renovation, we opened the doors to Per Tutti in 2016 and we really didn’t know what to expect. All we knew was that we wanted to deliver delicious, freshly cooked Italian dishes and service with a smile to our community.
We have three children and two dogs, and our new business venture definitely wasn’t easy! Every day was a steep learning curve, finding out what it means to run your own business; and looking after the marketing, accounting, branding, and admin alongside the restaurant being open and serving our customers on a day-to-day basis.
Per Tutti, St Albans was such a success, that in 2019, we expanded the business into the lovely historical town of Berkhamsted and opened the doors to our sister branch, Per Tutti Berkhamsted, which is very popular too.
As a husband and wife team, we get a lot of questions about how can we work together and live together all the time, so here are a few answers to the most common questions we are asked:
💥Can we separate business and private life? NO!
💥Do we fight at work? OF COURSE!
💥Do we still love each other? ABSOLUTELY!
💥Where do we get the inspiration and ideas? Hospitality is our passion, we both can’t imagine doing anything else. We try to take every opportunity to learn & experience something new, try new venues, travel to new places, and bring what we’ve learned and experienced back to our workplace.
💥New decor ideas? We get lots of questions about that! We visited the Amalfi Coast three years ago and dined in an absolutely gorgeous restaurant in Capria, all covered by real growing lemon trees. We knew straight away that we wanted to bring a piece of that memory back to Hertfordshire 🍋
💥 What inspires us the most? 💛 We love our team, most of them are long-standing members, who we see working hard every day but equally being fun and being still very much in love with what they do! AND 🙏🏼the ongoing support and loyalty from our amazing customers also inspired us!
